Accounts Payable Analyst

This is an non-exempt, full-time position. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Accounts Payable Activities including but not limited to invoice entry, aging review, weekly Check runs, and weekly wire/ACH payments
• Prepare and submit for approval manual journal entries
• Assist in the month end close process
• Responsible for companies Payroll Processing including but not limited to the preparation and submittal of bi-weekly payroll
• Prepare adhoc analysis for the company’s sales and manufacturing teams
• Other duties as requested
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to work and communicate effectively with various levels within the organization
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize
• Self-starter who is goal oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in excel
  
  

Minimum Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ERP experience preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience working with accounts payable, and payroll preferred
