Blue Corona deploys inbound and outbound internet marketing strategies such as paid media (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and marketing analytics services to measurably increase marketing performance.

Blue Corona offers its clients a full set of services for website creation, hosting, administration, and maintenance. This includes design, development, & launch of new websites, ongoing hosting, security, & website administration services, and ongoing website update services such as promotions, campaigns, landing pages, add-on functionality, and other miscellaneous services. We do most of our Development in the WordPress ecosystem and most of our deployments are on WPEngine. Our websites make extensive use of tracking technologies to power our analytics and engagement tools to increase lead conversions.

Blue Corona is authorized to hire in many, but not all, states. If you are not located in a state where Blue Corona is registered, you will not be eligible for employement.

*Please note, we are only able to hire those who currently reside in either EST or CST time zones, not including New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, Columbus, OH, or Philadelphia, PA.

Summary of Position:

As an Account Manager, you serve as the go-to point of contact for our valued clients. You are responsible for retaining clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and growing revenues within your existing account base. You are responsible for guiding the strategic direction of your clients, helping them generate more leads and more revenue while optimizing their marketing costs and differentiating their brands in the market. Your goal is to become the trusted advisor, building long-lasting, strong relationships with your clients.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the Blue Corona primary point of contact for the book of business managed, with the goal of retaining and growing existing accounts
  • Understanding clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges as if they were your own, acting as a trusted advisor and client advocate
  • Defining and driving the marketing strategy for each client in alignment with client's business goals
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from industry platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, GA4, etc. to create comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights for clients
  • Meeting with clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis to review campaign performance & and discuss strategic initiatives
  • Providing actionable insights and proactive recommendations based on performance and results
  • Communicating via phone/email with clients daily
  • Processing client requests and projects via internal project management system
  • Working cross-functionally with campaign specialists/analysts, project managers, and other teammates to produce work that is aligned with client goals and priorities
  • Expanding client relationships by growing services delivered and revenues generated within accounts
  • Onboarding new clients when assigned, overseeing the intake, setup, and launch process to ensure a positive first impression
  • Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and market shifts
  • Staying up to date with client industry trends and market shifts
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and the Blue Corona team

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the field of digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with PPC and/or SEO strategy
  • Experience navigating platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Google Analytics 4, etc. required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) & Zoom
  • A strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude
  • A passion for helping businesses grow
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Exemplary organizational, attention-to-detail, time management, follow-up skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven organizational & strategic critical thinking skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts proactively
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to owned accounts with excellence

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with clients in the home services industry
  • Experience with CRMs and project management platforms like Salesforce & ClickUp
