Your missions

The company is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead its mobile game marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating closely with developers to define the unique value of its games and create effective go-to-market strategies. The Director will optimize marketing through data analysis, and lead a team to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization. Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with game developers to grasp the essence of new titles, including their target audience and distinctive value proposition.
  • Creating a thorough go-to-market plan.
  • Keeping up-to-date with mobile gaming trends and competitor tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Overseeing the entire communication strategy for the game, developing messaging that effectively engages target audiences across multiple channels.
  • Interpreting user data and app store analytics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and refine marketing approaches.
  • Leading a team of product marketing experts, offering mentorship and direction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 5 years of experience in game development.
  • Familiarity with free-to-play games, with a strong preference for casual titles.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of User Acquisition, Retention, and Monetization strategies.
  • Skilled in market segmentation and data analytics.
  • Fluent in English.
