YOUR MISSION:
As a Content Operations Specialist in the Content Team, your mission will be to manage and optimize content publication, ensuring it is published accurately and efficiently. You'll collaborate with the Product Team to streamline and automate our content processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Publish a high volume of landing pages, working with the Product team to find scalable solutions as our content operation ramps up

  • Quality check landing pages, ensuring that all sections are completed and displayed correctly

  • Quickly address and fix website errors, such as 404 pages, ensuring a smooth user experience. You’ll be proactive in responding to and resolving issues as they arise

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong written and spoken English (C-1 or higher)
