Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the review and processing of incoming sales orders, including review of required paperwork for adherence to company policies. Invoicing of approved orders. Completion of vendor forms, including those in online vendor systems. And, where required, invoicing of orders within online systems;
  • Manage company A/R including adhering to credit check policies and making collection inquiries;
  • Perform credit checks for new customers and vendors;
  • Responsible for the renewal subscription calculations including co-terming and quotes. Work with salespeople to generate subscription renewal quotes as necessary;
  • As part of the monthly close, create and review deferred revenue calculations;
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting for monthly commission calculations. Aid in calculations
  • Interface with sales operations to maintain accurate subscription entitlements within Salesforce
