MISSIONS
In this role, you will dedicate half of your time to managing the brand's online presence and implementing social media strategies, starting with our couple app, Sex Roulette, before extending to other apps in our portfolio.
For the remaining half of your time, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with influencers to create impactful partnerships. This includes negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating content creation, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that influencer content aligns with our brand values and marketing goals.
The goal is to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive online traffic and conversions.
π Strategy development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives: Identifying target audience demographics, selecting appropriate social media platforms, and determining content themes and posting schedules.
π Content creation and curation: Responsible for producing engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, tailored to each social media platform. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, or videographers to create visually appealing and shareable content.
π Collaboration and coordination: Find, contact and work with influencers, actors or partner organisations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
π Community management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
π Analytics and reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and app traffic. Prepare regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of their efforts and suggest improvements.
π Advertising and promotions: Manage social media campaigns by creating and optimising targeted ads to reach a wider audience and achieve specific objectives such as lead generation, conversions, or event promotion.
π Social listening and trend identification: Keep a pulse on industry trends, relevant topics, and online conversations related to the brand. Identify opportunities for engagement, gather customer feedback, and stay ahead of emerging trends to maintain brand relevance.
π Stay updated on industry changes: Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, policies, and trends.
YOUR PROFILE

Knowledge and experience in Social Media Management (Please link your works on the portfolio section)

Knowledge of the American Market

Perfectly fluent in English

Excellent communication and writing skills

Experience in the mobile application industry is a plus

CONDITIONS
π Remote or in our office in Chiang Mai (Thailand)
π Hours: 35h/week (9am-6pm with 2 hours of lunch break). At least 4 hours in common with Bangkok time
π Salary : According to profile and experience
