Bilingual Social Media Strategist & Trainer

Join our team as a Bilingual Social Media Strategist! In this remote position, you will connect with people while sharing best practices, helping to guide the development and implementation of social media strategies across different levels. You will collaborate with divisional leaders, agency owners, social media admins, and field agents to ensure they understand and utilize social media effectively.

You will also travel nationwide to deliver presentations and training sessions aimed at enhancing the social media presence of insurance professionals, acting as the voice of our brand and maintaining consistency in our messaging.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the country to teach and support effective social media strategies and provide event support.
• Occasionally travel internationally for major company events.
• Positively represent our culture and brand, fostering engagement and building a strong reputation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment of social media strategies at corporate, agency, and individual levels.
• Present and manage brand standards and capabilities for Google Business listings, Birdeye profiles, microsites, and social media pages.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and content requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in social media, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in social media design and/or account management.
• Passion for social media and digital marketing, along with an enjoyment of frequent travel and public speaking.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and management.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to new projects.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and writing abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and online reputation platforms is a plus.
