Your missions

As a Business Development Manager, you will sell Holter Monitoring, Holter services and Home Sleep Apnea Tests to large cardiology clinics and local hospitals. This is an outside sales role with responsibilities to manage the existing client base and find new clients covering Southwestern Ontario. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 plus commissions.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base salary: $75,000 to $80,000 plus commission
  • First-year OTE: $95,000 - $105,000
  • Second-year OTE: $110,000 - $125,000

OFFICE LOCATION AND SALES TERRITORY:

  • Head Office: Hamilton, ON
  • Work from Home and in the field travelling to meet clients in person. (only required to be in the office during training)
  • Sales Territory: Southwestern Ontario (Hamilton, Niagara region, Kitchener, Waterloo, Windsor, Owen sound)

 

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-10 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the healthcare sector, including dentistry, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Experience selling medical devices or offering medical advice is highly valued.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • MS Office: Intermediate
  • CRM: Intermediate

  • Sales Cycle: 1-3 months for new clients

 

TYPICAL DAYS AND DUTIES: 

1st-year

  • New Business Development: 50%
  • Account Management: 50%

 

2nd-year

  • New Business Development:75%
  • Account Management:25%

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as family physicians, cardiologists, and decision-makers at hospitals and clinics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction.

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:
