Role Highlights:

  • Driving business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Initiating and nurturing relationships, setting up and executing meetings with prospects within the CPG supplier and FMCG retailer communities.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets as a quota-carrying salesperson.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in sales profession.
  • Marketplace and technical knowledge of CPG and FMCG retail and attendant business problems and opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation and targeting skills (telephonic, online, in-person).
  • Ability to understand customer needs with a strong customer focus.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong discipline, focus, and effort to achieve sales goals.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Team Structure and Collaboration:

  • Directly report to the Managing Director - Americas.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and other relevant departments.
