Description

Position Purpose: Beeline Professional is a leading software solution designed to streamline and optimize the contingent workforce management process for mid-sized businesses. Our platform empowers organizations to manage their non-employee workforce with greater efficiency, compliance, and insight, ensuring that businesses can focus on their core operations while we take care of their workforce needs. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within the mid-market segment. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their workforce management needs and demonstrate how Beeline Professional can add value to their operations.

Compensation: $75k base +  Commission Plan (50/50 Split)

Responsibilities:  

  • Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, focusing on companies with 500 to 5,000 employees.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, procurement professionals, and C-level executives.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's specific challenges and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Beeline Professional.
  • Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the features, advantages, and ROI of Beeline Professional.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track and manage all stages of the sales process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to effectively position Beeline Professional in the marketplace.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and other performance metrics.

Requirements:

  •  Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the software/SaaS industry or workforce management solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
