Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience, 3+ years experience in B2B sales roles, selling services to HR/Risk Management, Proven track record of achieving sales targets and understanding company products/services, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Support US Business Development during sales cycle and implementation process
- Filter and qualify leads, initiate discovery conversations, progress selling process
- Report opportunity updates via Sales Force, create healthy sales pipeline
- Develop product knowledge, build and maintain client relationships, close profitable deals
- Grow sales for assigned accounts/ market segments by leading/executing sales strategy
