Your missions

The role supports the US Business Development team during the sales cycle and implementation process of new revenue-generating deals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inside Sales Consultant (SMB Market)
o            If it exceeds a certain threshold or requires experienced assistance, qualified lead
o            If requirements meets the FA self service platform capabilities, lead will be sent to that platform.
Filter and qualify leads in Sales Force, initiate discovery conversation with prospects.
Utilize virtual meetings to progress the selling process to closure of SMB opportunities effectively.
Report opportunity progress updates via Sales Force promptly and on regular basis
Create a healthy sales pipeline towards achieving sales revenue target per quarter/ per annum.
Develop in-depth knowledge of product’s features and benefits.
Build and maintain trusting relationship with SMB client
Act as main POC for the Client
Negotiate and close profitable deals in a timely manner to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
Grow sales for all assigned accounts and market segments by leading, developing, managing, and executing a sales strategy that supports the organization's goals and increases FADV's market share.
Takes all inbound leads – phone, web forms, chat inquiries, etc. – and qualify those inquiries.
If lead meets criteria for local resource, individual should close the deal

Job Qualifications                                                                                                                                                                            
Education: 
•            Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience: 
•            3+ years experience working in a B2B sales roles
•            Experience selling services/ solution to HR/ Risk Management-related organizations and/ or decision makers/professionals
•            Proven sales experience and sales target achievement
•            Demonstrate strong understanding of company products/ services
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 
•            Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, and Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
•            Persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.
•            Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•            Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills; strong negotiation skills.
•            Asian language capability an advantage
•            Ability to work productively from a remote location
•            Amenable to work at night (graveyard shift)

•            Must be permanently residing in the Philippines
