We are seeking a top-performing National Sales representative to join our rapidly growing team. As a National Sales Representative for KanakScapes, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence for high-pressure laminate products across the United States. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


In this role you will have these responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy to increase market share and achieve sales goals for high-pressure laminate products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors,      and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and product launches.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent KanakScapes and stay informed about market trends.

Requirements

 Qualified candidates for this role will have the following skills and experiences:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry (experience with high-pressure laminate or similar products is a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
