Progressive Leasing is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst, reporting to the VP Rewards and People Operations. This can be either a remote position or can go to an office in Draper, UT.

The Senior Compensation Analyst will focus on base salary, short term and long-term incentives plans. You will join a fun compensation team and be able to learn and develop.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Evaluate jobs, determine salary ranges, and educate management on appropriate job classification and profile. Review proposed promotion and adjustment increases and counsel managers on Compensation-related challenges.
  • Administer Advanced Compensation processes in Workday including configuration, testing and ongoing requirements for the Compensation team. Identify best practices and lead automation of processes.
  • Administer quarterly short-term incentive plans for the discretionary bonus plan and sales incentive plans.
  • Administer annual merit and bonus awards, including cost modeling; developing budgets, guidelines, and tools; preparing communication materials; and counseling People Partners and management.
  • Manage PROG’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) including enrollments and bi-annual purchases.
  • Participate in annual salary surveys, including preparation and submission of all required data elements.
  • Identify, develop and document procedures to streamline compensation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit/SOX requirements.
  • Partner with external vendors for compensation programs including employee data files from the HCM to the vendor.
  • Support Compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communication and training.
  • Assist with PROG’s long-term incentive plan, including annual and off-cycle grants, annual and off-cycle vesting events and communications to recipients.
  • Partner with Accounting for monthly and quarterly financial reporting, accrual estimates and annual budget support.
  • Partner with Payroll, Legal, Audit, and Tax to ensure ongoing compliance with our shareholder approved plans.

YOU'LL BRING

  • 4+ years’ experience in Compensation, Finance or data analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities
  • Workday Advanced Compensation experience a plus
  • Experience with equity administration a plus
  • CCP certification a plus
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience successfully navigating competing priorities and shifting business needs
  • Ability to interface effectively and build and maintain strong relationships across multiple business functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience
