Your missions

We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Sales Leader to join our vibrant and dynamic team. This role will involve leading the sales efforts, acquiring new leads, and building a high-performing sales team focused on selling our recruitment services to corporate clients. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As our Sales Leader, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will utilize various tools and techniques, including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns, to source and connect with new leads. In this role, you will need excellent communication skills to build relationships with prospects and pitch our recruitment services effectively. You will also develop and implement strategic sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth and success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to sell our recruitment services
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to source and connect with new leads
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Promote our services through various channels, including social media and networking events
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support
  • Oversee the sales team's performance, driving success through mentoring and leadership
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Handle all related tasks to support and enhance our sales and recruitment efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the recruitment industry
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Dynamic personality that thrives on building relationships and networking
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment is a plus
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to achieve collective go

Compensation:
