Your missions

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver web/software projects
Prepare backlog for implementation together with the project team
Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests
Participate in requirements workshops
Liase with internal and external stakeholders
Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
Lead daily project standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate/execute quality assurance and releases

Required knowledge, skills, and experience

7+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions
Experience in working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Asana)
Strong knowledge of different software delivery methodologies
Great English and German command, both in writing and speaking
Well-developed teamwork and communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritisation skills
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Solution and goal-oriented way of working, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and quick comprehension
Understanding of web technologies and software development

Nice to have

Previous experience with Drupal or delivering web content management solutions
Knowledge of agile/SCRUM methodologies
Experience in customer relationship management
International / intercultural work experience
