Who You Are:
You are a resourceful, organized, and energetic professional that has experience working within Professional Services (PS) organizations. You will have worked closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to successfully complete project deliverables and align project resources with staffing requests. You embody our core values of Integrity, Innovation, Individual, and Impact and bring these with you in all your dealings.
What You’ll Do:
The Senior Project Manager (PM) performs two functions within PS. As a PM, you will oversee the successful delivery of SailPoint solutions and ensure delivery teams are staffed and forecasted appropriately. By leveraging existing experience, the PM will gain a deep understanding of our SaaS and/or Software delivery and staffing models. Within the first two months, the PM will be expected to assist with Resource Management (RM) duties, work with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to manage project resourcing requests, and staff those projects with the right people in the right place at the right time. The PM will also begin leading customer engagements by coordinating project deliverables, including status reporting, forecasting, managing budgets, and coordinating project team activities. After 6 months, the PM will have gained a strong understanding of our delivery methodology and has taken on major PM duties for small-medium projects, including project kickoff, budget adherence, timelines, milestones, and risk management. The PM will also assume responsibility for RM duties in a geographical region where they will be responsible for most RM-related tasks. Within 1 year, the PM will be expected to manage end-to-end project management duties, resulting in the successful delivery of multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity. Additionally, the PM will be expected to manage all RM activities within a given geographical area and can assist other RMs as needed.
