Your mission

We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 8+ countries and our headquarters are in Berlin, Germany. While serving our 500,000 daily active players, developing our loyalty app and awesome games, we value fairness, having fun together, creativity and focusing on the things that matter.

As a Product Designer at JustPlay, you will be integral in shaping and enhancing our loyalty platform. You will leverage your design expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive both long-term strategies and immediate improvements.Â

Job Responsibilities

Lead and shape user experience from conception to launch, developing a design vision for the JustPlay app, one of the top 15 entertainment apps worldwide, boasting over 25 million downloadsÂ
Develop product features that elevate the user experience across the entire player journey, while also driving the ongoing evolution of JustPlay's design guidelines and design system
Work hands-on in creating user centric designs, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for our JustPlay app
Work closely with stakeholders, engineers and product managers to develop new ideas and make strategic design solutions for our JustPlay app, while dealing with technical constraintsÂ
Apply best practices in ensuring design quality and a smooth interaction in relevant platforms (iOS, Android) and different devices
Leverage analysis and research insights into new ideas and conceptsÂ
Constantly identify opportunities to improve the usability of our productÂ

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

At least 5 years of experience in the mobile industry, particularly from entertainment or gaming industry
An extensive portfolio of working with mobile applicationsÂ
Experience in leveraging gamification design elements to increase retentionÂ
Proficient in figmaÂ
Knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market
Attention to detail and a focus on excellence
