As a member of the Experience Design team, you will shape the future of work, making our category-leading work execution platform valuable, elegant, and engaging. As a Senior Product Designer I, you will apply principles of design thinking to conceptualize and create engaging, valuable, and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile apps. You will represent the end-user and promote human-centered methodologies across the product team to ensure new designs that meet people’s needs from first-time users to seasoned experts.
You will report into a Sr. Manager, Product Design, and can be based in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
The User Experience (UX) team is a large and growing team of designers, researchers, writers, and program managers. We love what we do and help our customers love the collaborative work they do! We value authenticity, passion, and working collaboratively with our product teams and fellow XD teammates to help guide a holistic and inclusive product experience. We are setting the experience bar for enterprise applications so our customers feel empowered, inspired, and connected.
