Your missions

We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Enablement Manager for the DACH regionYou will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and the Sales Team, while driving the growth and success of the company's partner ecosystem. 


This role involves developing and executing enablement programs that equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively sell and support the company's products and services. The Partner Enablement Manager will work closely with the partner & sales team, marketing, product management, and training departments to ensure partners are fully enabled and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement Program Development
    • Execute on the current (and design further) comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certification, and continuous learning initiatives
    • Develop and maintain enablement content such as training modules, product guides, sales playbooks, and best practices
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer
    • Conduct regular training sessions for partners on product features, sales techniques, competitive positioning, and market opportunities
    • Develop certification programs to validate partners’ knowledge and skills
    • Monitor and track partner participation and progress in training and certification programs
  • Resource Development:
    • Create and distribute sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and FAQs. This with Partners and in close cooperation with Emporix Marketing Team
    • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials accessible to all partners
  • Partner Performance and Feedback:
    • Execute on the Partner Program metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partner enablement programs
    • Analyze partner performance data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
    • Collect feedback from partners to continuously improve enablement initiatives
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, expert services, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of partner enablement efforts
    • Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates, gather insights, and offer support
    • Organize and participate in partner events, webinars, and conferences to promote engagement and collaboration
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic enablement plans that align with the company's business goals and partner ecosystem strategy
    • Identify new opportunities for partner growth and development
  • Technology and Tools:
    • Stay updated on the latest enablement technologies and best practices to enhance program effectiveness

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or related areas is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs for channel partners or sales teams
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  in German and English
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials and programs
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to measure and improve enablement initiatives
  • Proficiency with enablement tools and platforms, CRM software, and Google Workspace


Nice to have

  • Experience in theCommerce and MACH Alliances
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events
