PTC is looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join our Direct Sales workforce, where you will have the opportunity work with the acknowledged leader in the incredibly dynamic Digital Thread: CAD, PLM, ALM and SLM space. Our current customer base includes a growing number of companies in a range of industries.

Our sales team works in these market segments which would include any manufacturer/end users looking to embrace CAD, PLM, ALM or SLM technologies for their respective markets through a connected application offering on the BeNeLux market.

Many of the world’s largest manufacturing companies are entering this fast-paced space to create new revenue streams and offer greater visibility to how their specific products “live” in the real world. The sales team will require the skillset to translate the product line value proposition into real-world business value.

 

Your impact:

  • You will be part of the Direct Sales Force, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and work in an empowered environment with a sophisticated Matrix Organization where ownership, commitment and discipline are highly valued.
  • Supporting our customers in their Digital Transformation journey by providing insights on up to date technological tools
  • Identifying, understanding, and addressing the customer’s challenges approaching digital initiatives, and taking them on this transitional journey

 

Day-To-Day

  • Performing sales calls at customer site in order to find new opportunities on the BeNeLux market
  • Accurately forecasting sales
  • Dealing with Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators)
  • Dealing with Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization – Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community and Customer Success Organization)

 

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent sales acumen and goal-oriented
  • Strong resiliency with self-motivation and integrity
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives
  • Outstanding Customer Focus with a strong drive for results

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with the Manufacturing industry (discrete/process) is a bonus, not a must

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Successful track record in Sales (3-5 years of quota carrying experience) in a Software Sales and Industry 4.0 environment
  • Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English and Dutch is mandatory
