Job description

NeoWork is an operations and animation agency that fully embraces the new method of work. We are reimagining the BPO industry with a remote-first culture and an à la carte menu of services to fit your unique needs. NeoWork specializes in working with early-stage startups to quickly define and build out operations processes to help our clients scale quickly.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Medellin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts across multiple functions including operations, customer support, sales, engineering, and design.

This role requires:

    • Experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-paced startup environment. Solid understanding of technical roles within operations, customer support, sales, engineering, and design.
    • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in using social media, networking, and other sourcing platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and hiring managers. 
    • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Fluency in English and C1 Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
    • Experience recruiting in a tech-driven industry or startup environment.
    • Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles with high-quality candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
