To strengthen our Sintetica US team, we are currently looking for a IDN Strategic Account Director - South.

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Work as the main point of contact for Sintetica’s largest individual integrated delivery networks (IDN) including day-to-day relationship management, collaboration to find business opportunities, and exploration of ideas to maximize business performance.
  • Scope expected to be the Southern US territory covering IDNs, their Hospitals, and clinics/specialty clinics focused on selling generic and generic plus injectables.
  • Work closely with leadership team and National Accounts to develop a sales plan and strategy to meet Sintetica’s overall performance objectives and execute sales performance to meet or exceed sales projections and market share expectations.
  • Key role in leveraging existing relationships as well as developing new relationships to identify, develop and maintain sales prospects, opportunities to grow, and to execute annual sales plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers’ executive management and decision makers.
  • Business owner of the account, including, but not limited to, performance of account reviews, face-to-face meetings (maintain cadence), establishes process for account performance measurement. This also includes setting up an overall account strategy, and negotiations on contracting and key business points of the contract.
  • Alignment of sales and contracting strategy across wholesalers, GPOs, National Accounts, IDNs and affiliated hospitals.
  • Management of travel budget aligned to overall company financial plan.
  • Identify contracting opportunities.
  • National and Regional trade show participation.
  • Consistently provide market feedback.

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of National or Regional account management experience and minimum of 5 years prior experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Demonstrated success in healthcare product sales.
  • A mix of Generic /Generic Plus/ Brand injectable experience preferred as well as proven success in new product launches.
  • Understanding of GPO, IDN and affiliated Hospital relationships.
  • Demonstrated success working cross functionally to generate the most optimized business performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to translate customer needs into actionable responses.
  • Willingness for consistent travel included overnight stays.
