Deal Desk Analyst

GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARY

Alvaria is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams as a partner and trusted advisor. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal deal structuring and pricing.

PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with sales teams to structure complex deals, including pricing, discounts, payment terms and contract terms in accordance with company policies and financial goals.
Analyze complex deals, provide recommendations for pricing, and structure deals to maximize revenue while meeting customer requirements.
Partner with sales, finance, legal, and operations to ensure alignment.
Review pricing proposals and contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assess and mitigate risk related to payment terms, revenue recognition, and product delivery.
Communicate and present complex deal structures to the executive team for approval as needed.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.
Ability to concisely communicate complex information to Quotation Specialist team and company leadership.
Serve as a liaison for Quotation Specialists / Solutions Consultants, Professional Services, Accounting and Product Management to quickly pinpoint and resolve open items related to deal financial structures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ experience in a global Deal Desk or Sales Operations support role.
SaaS/Software experience preferred.
Experience with pricing or margin analysis.
Ability to work through ambiguity and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CPQ.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Benefits

Salary Range: US: $70,000 - $80,000 | Ireland/UK: €60,000 - €65,000
