This role will be responsible in helping to execute marketing initiatives that support Surgent’s (KnowFully’s Finance/Accounting division) educational strategic objectives across marketing channels for the enterprise segment of the business and related spaces. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level marketing professional to directly contribute to a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, has a strong attention to detail, effective communication style and collaborative approach.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-tactical partner marketing plan development, execution, and measurement; requires coordination with Sales leads and partner marketing teams.
  • Work closely with members of the marketing team to coordinate marketing plans that span B2C and B2B to meet customer and new target account acquisition targets.
  • Lead market research on industry trade shows and conferences as well as vertical specific events; manage events calendar and oversee event coordination. 
  • Conduct client, prospect, and market data analysis to support current and developing hypothesis related to target audiences and advise on action items for the business.
  • Gather and analyze data to help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Be a thought leader on evolving B2B industry trends and technologies that would support the brand vision and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to successfully execute projects with defined timelines.
  • Provide sales enablement support to the Enterprise Sales team from ideation to production by project managing incoming requests and proactive integrated marketing efforts that include, but are not limited to writing content (flyers, web, emails), planning, and executing events and webinars, email execution, and directing lead flow.
  • Document department processes and procedures, extending to sales enablement tools, tactics, and request tracking. 
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. 
  • Expertise in writing and all forms of communication (web content, emails, presentations, etc.) for both internal and external audiences. 
  • Ability to use data to support strategies and set direction. 
  • Ability to portray a cooperative, professional, and positive attitude towards customers, managers, and other co-workers. 
  • Able to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time. 
  • Proven track record of agency management. 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.  
  • 1+ years of project and/or vendor/agency management experience required. 
  • 3+ years of marketing experience required. 
  • Proficiency in MarTech stack technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Sitefinity required.
