Role Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager - Targeted Media role on the Media Team is a key function responsible for the delivery of media for accounts of medium to high complexity. The media this individual is responsible for delivering against includes Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. He/she will be in charge of delivering outstanding results for the accounts to which he/she is assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Follows Colombian Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote - Colombia 🇨🇴

Essential Functions

  • Handle the following campaign setup tasks:
    • Work on the platform to configure campaigns, which include setting up budgets, targets, creatives, and run dates
    • Validate budgets against allocated POs
    • Install and configure pixels to track events and create remarketing audiences
    • Partner with the client integrations team to guide proper event configuration.
    • Ensure campaigns are properly configured to deliver against the campaign goals
    • Write ad copy with support to align with platform specifications and best practices
  • Handle the following campaign optimization tasks:
    • Monitor ongoing performance to identify areas of opportunity
    • With support, adjust campaigns based on learnings to elevate performance: identify new audiences, refine objective-based strategies, adjust ad formats, etc.
    • Track spending to ensure pace aligns with campaign goals and adjust as needed to ensure the media paces appropriately
    • Communicate with internal teammates to ensure ongoing campaign performance and updates are understood
  • Handle the following campaign reporting tasks:
    • Empower the marketing and client strategy teams with updates and performance details
    • Deliver reporting at agreed-upon intervals to demonstrate the outcomes of this media
    • Demonstrate depth of knowledge in how media metrics support a client’s stated goals and objectives
    • Communicate campaign insights and recommendations that will help elevate the discussion around this media in the conversation with clients
    • Drive standards into delivery and the team
    • Document key information about accounts and setups and ensure information is accurate and updated as needed
    • Adhere to agreed-upon procedures to enable scale
    • Ensure SLAs are met on assigned accounts
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or commensurate experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
  • 2 or more years of experience in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction a huge plus
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge and use of collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
