WHY YOU WOULD BE A FIT?

We are looking for a consummate sales professional to join our sales team and help us drive the business to its next level of growth. You are a trained sales professional who has a proven track record of success in driving new business. This role will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting campaigns (both call and email) and processing inbound sales inquiries to qualifying sales opportunities. The Business Development Representative will play a vital role in developing a rapport with qualified contacts in an effort to enter the buying cycle by applying our internal sales process. This high impact position will provide support to the sales organization through the development of qualified leads that result in achieving our business goals.

This position will work closely with other members of the sales organization within various sales verticals to ensure leads are properly qualified and will progress through the sales funnel.

This is an hourly, HYBRID position for those local to Minnesota.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)This is an hourly, remote position for the following states:

  • Generate new business opportunities - to fuel the pipeline for the Sales Team to increase business growth and net new revenue
  • Research, develop, and qualify new customer opportunities - impact Dispatch’s bottom line with the intent of maximizing the early revenue from those accounts. This includes qualifying self-provisioned customers and reanimating churned customers.
  • Attain Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) - including but not limited to, activities per day (phone calls, emails, and marketing campaigns) and qualified held meetings per month
  • Manage individual HubSpot pipeline - follow processes to maintain accurate account records, and cleanup the CRM as directed
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly assigned meeting targets - as outlined in the Business Development Representative Incentive Plan
  • Proactively research a prospect's business challenges - identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting the Dispatch Value Proposition
  • Keep a consistently accurate and up to date business pipeline - leveraging detailed notes for every/any prospect interaction
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Dispatch - core company values, industry trends, and competition
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management - share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively close sales and ensure customer loyalty
  • Work effectively with internal departments - deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience

What You Bring To The Team & Dispatch

  • Minimum of 1 year of high volume cold-calling experience in the B2B space or related industry
  • Experience with email campaigns and a customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Must be a positive, self-driven team member with a desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, and highly articulate
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively
  • Ability to deliver extraordinary customer relationships
  • Professionalism; being both resolute and diligent
  • The ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria: Budget, Interest, Need and Timeline.

  • Compensation. The base salary range for this role is $40,000- $42,000 annually. We consider various factors in determining actual pay which include your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and location.
