Physician on FIRE is a personal finance website created to inform and inspire both physicians and our patients with insightful writing from a physician who has attained financial independence and the ability to retire early. The site has a triple aim to leave visitors enlightened, educated, and entertained.

We understand that it’s rare for someone to have all of these qualities, if you feel like this applies to you, or you feel like you cross off some items in the list, please let us know.

You are going to be working directly with C-Suite to help improve marketing efforts, execution and learning acumen is more valuable than current experience.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  • Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
  • Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
  • Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Driving performance marketing via SPECIFIC_EXPERIENCE.
  • Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Financial Services and Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You have working knowledge of outbound, cold email and linkedin outbound
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • go-getter that is relatively familiar with marketing.
  • Must have experience with social media marketing / general marketing, any of these functions are welcome:
  • Google / Meta Ads PPC (with Conversion rate optimization experience.)
  • Facebook / Reddit marketing (posting on Reddit / Facebook, organic marketing.)
  • Affiliate / influencer marketing (experience creating UGC or managing influencers in that domain.)
  • Cold Calling (has experience with sourcing cold calling leads, or has just generally done them.)
  • Cold Email (has experience with cold email marketing, or maybe is aware of tools.)
  • Lead Generation (has used Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, or any combination of these to prove accurate funnels.)
