Exciting opportunity at Comagine Health for a Sr. HRIS Manager! Fully Remote within the United States.

ADP Implementation Experience Required.

Who is Comagine Health?

Comagine Health is a national, nonprofit, health care consulting firm. We work collaboratively with patients, providers, payers, and other stakeholders to reimagine, redesign, and implement sustainable improvements in the health care system.

As a trusted, neutral party, we work in our communities to address key, complex health, and health care delivery problems. In all our engagements and initiatives, we draw upon our expertise in quality improvement, care management, health information technology, analytics, and research.

We invite our partners and communities to work with us to improve health and redesign the health care delivery system.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8+ years of hands-on HR Information System (HRIS) experience to lead our ADP Workforce Now enhancements, process improvements, technology related project management and analytics across HR systems. The ideal candidate will drive strategic enhancements aligning with our mission of improving health and redesigning healthcare delivery systems.

The ideal candidate will possess skills that will allow them to develop an HRIS from early stages to maturity, and then maintain and manage accordingly. This position requires strong influencing and relationship skills, managing systems, not people. The Sr. HRIS Manager will be expected to present to Senior Leadership, work with other individual contributors, and enjoy working as a team of collaborative non-profit employees. People skills are essential for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • ADP Workforce Now system Implementation experience required
  • SHRM-CP®, SHRM-SCP®, PHR®, or SPHR® Certification preferred

This remote position offers competitive compensation ($100,000 - $130,000) with a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching, PTO, healthcare options, and more. Don't miss this opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, non-profit environment.
