Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development professional who excels when it comes to identifying and securing new business opportunities, adeptly managing all stages of the sales process with confidence and expertise.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing client relationships, developing innovative strategies, and navigating a competitive market to deliver outstanding results.

You could be suitable for this role if you

• Possess extensive experience in both hard and soft FM services, with a commercial understanding of the sector.
• Have exceptional sales acumen and a proven track record of success in securing new business.
• Can demonstrate a relentless perseverance in pursuing and securing new sales, continually exploring and leveraging every opportunity to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Are happy to be based remotely, and travel around the UK.
