We are looking for SAP HCM Canada Payroll Position for One of US based MNC Client in Hyderabad Location. Please find here below JD and Client profiles.

Shifts: 6 Months UK shifts (1PM- 10 PM), 6 Months night shifts (5.30 PM-2.30 AM)

ROLE: SAP HCM Canada Payroll

Responsibilities

Minimum 12 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.

Minimum 4 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP CA Payroll.

Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC CA Payroll.

Should have worked as an SME for CA payroll.

Payroll catalog definition including wage type definition and configuration

Third party remittance

Off cycle payroll definition and processing

Pre-DME and DME

Garnishments definition, reporting and management

Hands-on with pay statements, Taxation, YE adjustments and Tax forms (Adobe and Mag Media)

Benefits configuration and Integration with 3rd party systems

Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Compensation and Time Management

Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules

Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation and legal changes

Sound knowledge in HR-FI integrations and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willing to work US Hours Shift
