Your missions

Roetzel & Andress has a new position for an associate with an interest in trust and estate planning, administration and litigation, as well as guardianship administration and litigation.  Our ideal candidate will have experience drafting trust and estate documents, managing estate and trust administrations and working on disputed estate, trust and guardianship cases.

Minimum requirements:
 

  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position in wealth management
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents
  • Experience working on complex trusts, estates, and guardianship cases
  • Ability to draft pleadings and attend hearings in estate, trust and guardianship litigation matters
  • Exceptional research and writing skills
  • Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
  • Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
