Job description

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a community manager or customer support engineer.
  • Proficient in writing with literacy, clarity, simplicity, and empathy.
  • Proactive, attentive, and responsible
  • Fast learner with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Enjoys helping people, responding respectfully to questions, and resolving issues.
  • English language skills at an upper-intermediate level or higher.

Nice-to-haves:

  • A basic understanding of blockchain and DeFi.
  • Ability and experience in content writing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Team management experience.
  • SocialFI platforms management experience

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage the processes for effective interaction with a community and potential users.
  • Steer and guide discussions related to our product across various online platforms, including Telegram, Quora, Reddit, Twitter, Discord, and more.
  • Analyze issues that users may face and provide actionable recommendations to solve their problems using the product.
  • Design, configure, and continually optimize the community’s digital experience, including SocialFi platforms (Zealy, Galxe, etc.).
  • Manage difficult situations within the community to neutralize any negativity and, whenever possible, improve the sentiment of communication.
  • Write content for a variety of platforms.
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand tone of voice and messaging.
  • Constantly improve yourself by keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Develop and manage the product’s community incentive programs.
  • Find new applications and incorporate them into our processes to improve and accelerate marketing automation processes.
