Job description

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in our largest office in downtown San Diego, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

  • Pay range: $130,000-175,000 per year (depends on experience).
