Director, Product Management (Australia)

Idera, Inc.'s portfolio of Developer Tools include high productivity tools to develop applications using powerful and scalable technology stacks, ranging from C++, Delphi, JavaScript, and Java to Low Code Visual Development platforms. Idera brands help customers turn data into knowledge by infusing AI-powered analytics in their applications.
Role Overview
As Director, Product Management (Australia) at Idera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Developer Tools products. Your mission will be to develop a comprehensive product strategy and lead a team of talented product managers. You'll be responsible for building and delivering a robust roadmap of product offerings, as well as a thriving platform that resonates with developers. 

Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between our Product/R&D teams and the Business teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and integrate these insights into strategic product plans.
  • Engage in effective negotiation with business stakeholders to ascertain optimal product options.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to craft and execute winning plans for product development.
  • Guide and mentor the product team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in product management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead technical teams.
  • Prior experience in product management, particularly in low code applications and Business Intelligence platforms or related fields.
Location
This is a fully remote position offering a flexible work from home environment for candidates residing in Australia.

The role is open to both full-time and contract arrangements
