  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand trends, and anticipate customer needs, guiding future product development.
  • Spearhead market research efforts, nurture analyst relationships, and conduct competitor analysis to establish Arbinger as a leading player in its category.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their needs and preferences are accurately represented.
  • Provide strategic input into product roadmap, packaging, pricing, and positioning based on comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry analysts to shape the category narrative and secure prominent placement in influential reports.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to craft effective product marketing strategies, messaging, and content aligned with ideal customer profiles and key personas.
  • Assess existing marketing and sales collateral, identifying areas for improvement and developing new materials as needed.
  • Create or oversee the development of product collateral and frameworks that guide customers through the buying process and enhance their journey.
  • Drive customer engagement and brand loyalty through impactful experiences and targeted campaigns.
  • Generate thought leadership content for various platforms, including webinars, events, blogs, articles, and presentations.
  • Develop value-focused content and empower marketing, sales, and customer success teams with assets that align with brand messaging and drive business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to plan and execute successful product roadmaps and launches.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, customer behavior, and usage patterns to effectively position Arbinger's offerings with consumers and influencers.
