Accountability

The LFE China Account Manager supports China sales lead to execute the overall LFE China Strategy and accelerate the profitable and sustainable sales growth in China in coming years. This position is also responsible for building strong networks with key global OEMs and local customers in China, managing the existing business portfolio and explore potential business opportunities per strategic targets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the contact lead for all account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, multi-dimension customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Explore new customers or develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status

Requirements – Education, Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical/mechanical/automotive/compressor engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience. KA management experience is preferred. Working experience in related field preferred.
  • Critical and strategic thinking capability
  • Have strong commercial acumen and sales management skill with business focus and customers intimacy orientation

  • Result oriented
  • Strongly Self-motivated to achieve the business goals
  • Team spirit; able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good presentation skills; good at verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Able to travel frequently
