Your missions

Responsibilities:

  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for patients and caregivers, managing all interactions and communications to facilitate initial access and ongoing support.
  • Program Delivery: Implement and manage patient support programs that offer education on access, patient journey, affordability solutions, and care site information.
  • Insurance Support: Serve as the primary contact for insurance-related support, handling problem resolution and providing education and resources about disease states and company-approved materials.
  • Coordination of Care: Guide patients and caregivers on care coordination, managing appeals and denials, ensuring product supply, and understanding reauthorization requirements and timelines for effective provider communication.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required; degrees in healthcare fields such as MPH, Nursing, or PA are preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare roles; experience in the US pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Specialty Experience: Prior experience in a specialty pharmaceutical field-based role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong background in case management, patient services, or pharmaceutical market access is a plus.
