A Day in the Life

The Senior Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst is a leader in the Regions Quality and Regulatory Affairs Team. They operate across the organization and partner across the company to improve the execution of work within the various Regions. They are responsible for supporting innovation and holding our organization accountable to the goals we set. This role will continue the development of an individual in business and financial acumen, build a network across the globe, and strengthen skillsets for their career.

As a Senior Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst, you will provide project management support by overseeing and coordinating meetings, monitoring KPI's, reviewing financials, monitoring project activities and performance, and providing insights and recommendation for improvement. You will set project goals and ensures that the project is completed according to schedule and with intended benefits.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
  • Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance
  • Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions
  • Creating project implementation timelines and meeting schedules
  • Maintaining project budgets.
  • Recording important decisions
  • Preparing progress reports and presentations for Senior Leadership.
  • Ensuring team members meet deadlines
  • Coordinating and leading report out meetings


Must Haves

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal (especially with diverse cultures) and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and accomplish numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Strict attention to details
  • Knowledge /experience in project/program management
  • Background in Quality and/or Regulatory Affairs


Nice to Haves

  • Data Analytics
  • Experience with stakeholder and financial management
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet
