Job Description

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant CI tools such as IWS or WCM
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity across manufacturing, supply chain, and other operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to develop and implement CI strategies that align with business goals.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops to promote CI principles and develop a continuous improvement mindset within the organization.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of improvement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Develop a roadmap for sustainable process improvements that support long-term business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols in all improvement initiatives.
  • Report on project progress, deliverables, and achievements to senior management.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement role, preferably within the FMCG, Pharma, or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, IWS or WCM (preferred), or other CI methodologies.
  • Experience with digital transformation and automation in manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach employees at all levels.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards (GMP, ISO, etc.).
  • Results-driven, with a focus on efficiency, cost savings, and continuous operational excellence.
