Job description

Sr. Business Analyst (multiple roles)
Fort Wayne, IN (onsite)
12+ Month Contract

Responsibilities

Responsible for documenting business requirements in the form of Epics and getting signoff from business stakeholders.
Responsible to create user stories for the requirements along with Acceptance Criteria.
Responsible for bridging the requirements gap between development and customer team.
Responsible for Knowledge Management within the team.
Responsible for test cases review.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Agile process and scrum framework.
Experience in the Transportation and Logistics domain. (4+ years)
Capable of creating supporting diagrams (Use cases, Flow charts, Wireframes) to explain the problem and solution.
Understanding, Analysis, Brainstorming and sharing solutions both functional and domain specific.
Capable of discussing with multiple stakeholders and drive the requirements to closure.
Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Visio.n.
