Job description:

Omni Calculator is looking to build and grow the AdOps team as we develop our in-house capabilities. We are open to finding an Advertising Operations Specialist who will play a significant role in strategic development within the business.

As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will deploy sophisticated ad campaigns, programs, tools, and platforms best suited for the business. The position requires analytical duties, including preparing recommendations and implementing regular optimizations to guarantee optimal performance across all demand channels.

The role is dynamic, evolving from executing digital ad campaigns to taking on strategic responsibilities. With experience, you will develop optimization strategies, collaborate across teams to align advertising with business goals, and use data insights for decision-making. Your evolution not only advances the specialist's career but also enhances the overall effectiveness of the AdOps team in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive programmatic and ad tech strategy that is aligned with the business goals for our in-house efforts and our partners.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and revenue optimization through programmatic advertising.
  • Manage the relationship with our partner to ensure we maximize our returns and continuously improve our performance
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions on targeting, ad placements, and audience segmentation while establishing data collection practices and sharing insights with the broader business and executive team.
  • Establish relationships with programmatic advertising partners, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), data providers, and ad networks.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards in programmatic advertising
  • Provide detailed and insightful reports to management on the performance of programmatic and ad tech initiatives
  • Identify and address problems or roadblocks in programmatic and direct campaigns for both our in-house and partner offering
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine demand channels


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in advertising operations
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Understanding of web-tracking and ad-tagging technologies
  • Experience with Google 360 Suite (Google Analytics, GTM)
  • Knowledge of ad servers and digital ad technology
  • Understanding of programmatic sales solutions (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks)
  • Practical implementation of advertising ecosystem providers such as GAM, OpenX, Xandr, Amazon, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Good command of English
  • Due to GDPR, you must be located in the EU.


Employment terms:

  • Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment
  • The first contract will be signed for six months
  • Salary (monthly):
    • EURO: 3500 - 5120 net B2B
    • PLN (Poland-located employees): 15 000 - 22 000 net B2B or 12 500 - 18 000 gross CoE
  • Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones
  • Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków

Recruitment process:

  • An introduction call with the recruiter where you will learn more about the position (30-40 minutes)
  • The task to evaluate your domain knowledge (this should not take more than 2-3 hours of work. You will have five days to send back your assignment)
  • Task follow-up + role-related interview with the Engineering Manager and an external consultant to learn about your experience and tech skills required for the position (90 minutes)
  • Cognitive Ability and Culture Fit Interview with our COO and Head of HR (90 minutes)
  • Finally, we may ask you for a reference from your former supervisors.
