About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Director of Sales Excellence to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our Global Salesforce by driving impactful sales programs and initiatives.

Your work will involve close collaboration with frontline sales professionals, sales leadership, and our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, with a special focus on enhancing our Partner and Alliances strategy.

Key activities include identifying areas for improvement, developing engaging content and playbooks, and leading workshops and certification events that empower our sales teams to achieve their best.

This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States. You will report directly to the Senior Director Sales Excellence & Enablement and will have no people management responsibilities. #LI-MV1 


What You Will Do:
  • Drive Sales Initiatives: Support Sales Development by implementing and monitoring global sales initiatives that enhance performance and growth.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Alliances and Partners Leadership to refine and improve overall sales strategies and motions.
  • Develop Sales Tools: Create, manage, and continuously improve content, programs, and tools that elevate sales performance.
  • Analyze and Improve: Use data-driven insights to identify root causes of challenges and recommend actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Growth: Lead workshops, training sessions, and certification events that inspire and equip our sales teams to excel.

  • What You Will Bring:
  • Educational Background: A degree in Business, MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Education, Engineering, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Desired Skills: Strong selling abilities, project management expertise, a solid understanding of business processes, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Coaching, Training, and Education is essential for success in this role.
