SVP of Studio Production

PureRed is looking for an experienced, and visionary content leader to join our high caliber digital content team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large budgets across the digital landscape. They will bring with them a proven track record for managing P&L, a deep knowledge of emerging technology in the digital photo and video categories, and experience growing a team. The right person will have incredible attention to detail with a depth of hands-on experience working in advertising technology, CGI, Generative AI and 3D animation. 

What You'll Do: 

• Developing an innovative strategy and revenue generation plan for PureRed’s studio division that leverages the latest 
• generative technologies with the strategic objectives of moving our studios forward for the organization and our client work
• Drive strategy, evaluate roadmaps, and execute  cross-functional initiatives to optimize business workflows and enable transformation within our studios in alignment with company-wide initiatives
• Coach, mentor, build, and improve a team of digital studio experts including photographers, producers, animators, and digital vendor partnerships
• Assist and bring a POV from the Production Studio for new business pitches
• Provide project leadership expertise, including a  track record of delivering on multiple large-scale mission critical projects
• Travel to our production studios nationwide 

What You'll Need:

• 15+ years of digital media experience, both photo and video, and CGI, Animation VFX/3D, Generative AI, and digital partnerships 
• Proven experience managing studio technology platforms and operations
• An established leader who has a POV on studio operations, scaling business
• Demonstrated expertise in production and  post-production technologies and workflows
• Ability to oversee multiple large scale projects at once with the proper teams in place to execute
• Experience developing scopes of work and project plans for project budgets over $300,000
• Ability to travel domestically when needed
