Job purpose:
The new role of Logistics Specialist for Business Operations will strengthen the Operations team and will help execute an ambitious project plan and streamline, standardize existing and new business processes. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of our supply chain processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end process.

What you do:
  • Reinforce  the sourcing and purchasing  of materials, supplies, and services to align with the company requirements and objectives.
  • Streamline inbound and outbound shipment processes by tracking orders and collaborating with shipping companies and onsite datacenter operators.
  • Foster clear communication with suppliers, customers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
  • Maintain and enhance the accuracy of the inventory database.

What you offer:
  • Relevant education (CFC/ EFZ or equivalent) and experience - minimum 3 years.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT Office skills (Microsoft office, MacOS environment, … ).
  • Fluent in English with an additional language German or French (B2 -C1).
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
