Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

We are a leading home health care company. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for
individuals in their homes through reliable care. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our talented pool of caregivers, Licensed Practical Nurses
(LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs).

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Proactively source and screen caregivers, LPNs, and RNs using various channels, including
social media platforms, online job boards, professional networks, and community events.
Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation,
completing pre-employment paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Scheduling: Collaborate with the operations team to schedule new hires, ensuring appropriate staffing levels
are maintained to meet client needs.
Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, case managers to gain
interest and foster a supportive environment.
Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics, trends, and performance to management.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in home care or healthcare.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and online job boards such as Indeed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and positive demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
