Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary product expert for US-based customers
- Facilitate and lead US-specific product webinars and training sessions
- Conduct onboarding calls and support retention-focused activities for US customers
- Develop and maintain US-specific product content, including videos and course
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the US, demonstrating the product and discussing email marketing and automation strategies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- Proven experience in email marketing SaaS
- Strong technical knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in customer retention strategies and practices
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver product training materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on US market needs
- Experience attending and presenting at industry events
- Willingness to travel within the US for industry events and client meetings
Nice-to-have experience:
- Prior experience in a sales role or direct involvement in sales processes
- Experience with international teams or remote working environments
Salary range:
Base salary: 60,000 – 70,000 USD annually
