Your missions

The Account Setup (ASU) Representative (Project Based) will be responsible for assisting the Account Set Up team in terms of the setup, configuration, and maintenance of accounts in the available system platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Account setup and configuration in the available system platforms Diagnose system issues,
  • troubleshoot and maintain accounts that have been migrated from legacy to the available system platforms
  • Manage account set-up schedules for the available system platforms’ migration
  • Manage JIRA Tickets for the Global Migration queue to update progress on the Account Setup activities
  • Assist the onboarding team with their account setup requirements
 Job Qualifications               
  • Educational Background in Information Technology, Computer Studies or equivalent           
  • Attention to Detail
  • Collaborative
  • Time management skills
  • Listening/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • HTML coding and other programming languages is a plus          
  • Willing to work on a day / mid-shift schedule
  •  Remote work arrangement
  • Must be residing in the Philippines
