Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow SPM Certified Technical
Consultant to join our team in a 100% remote
capacity. The ServiceNow SPM
Certified Technical Consultant will be responsible for the implementation,
configuration, and support of ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
module. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in ServiceNow SPM to
design and deliver robust solutions that align with our clients’ strategic
goals. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management
skills, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s SPM capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
● Solution
Design & Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand their
strategic portfolio management needs and translate them into functional and
technical specifications. Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions to
address these needs effectively.
● Configuration
& Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module,
including but not limited to Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand
Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management.
● Integration: Develop
and manage integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other systems. Ensure
seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
● Technical
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for ServiceNow
SPM-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to ensure optimal
system performance.
● Training
& Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users
and administrators. Create comprehensive documentation for system
configurations, processes, and best practices.
● Best
Practices & Optimization: Stay up to date with ServiceNow SPM features
and industry best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance
system performance and user experience.
● Project
Management: Manage and lead ServiceNow SPM implementation projects,
ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget. Coordinate
with stakeholders and project teams to achieve project objectives.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
● Certification: ServiceNow SPM
Certified (required). Additional relevant ServiceNow certifications are
a plus.
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of
experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on experience with the SPM module.
Proven track record in implementing and managing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow
platform, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and configuration.
Experience with ServiceNow’s ITBM suite is highly desirable.
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. Ability to assess complex business requirements and
develop effective solutions.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical
stakeholders effectively.
● Project Management: Demonstrated experience
managing projects from inception to completion. Familiarity with project
management methodologies and tools.
● Collaboration: Proven ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment and with clients at various
organizational levels.
● Regular and predictable attendance
