1-3 years' experience project managing Workday HCM implementations, 2+ years' SaaS project management or software implementation experience, Experience with at least two HCM functional areas, Workday Project Management certification from a Workday Services Partner Firm, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects
- Demonstrate competency in Workday HCM and Payroll product suite
- Assist in sales cycle and help resolve project issues
- Establish priorities, work independently, and adapt to job changes
- Travel 25%-45% at client request
