Job description

Are you a Project Manager with strong experience with scoping and implementing Third Party Access/ Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (TPA/VDI)?

emagine is looking for your skills to work with a large global organisation to lead the review and assessment, selection and implementation of a TPA/VDI solution.

Key Tasks:

  • Lead the analysis of the current TPA/VDI solution (VMware Horizon)
  • Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
  • Research and evaluate alternative TPA/VDI solutions
  • Develop and present detailed proposals for alternative solutions, including cost-benefit analyses and implementation plans
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of the transition to selected solution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors
  • Implement change management strategies to support end-user adoption
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
